BACKGROUND
While the Night City chapter has ties to the larger and more established Golytsino Organitskaya based in Moscow, the undisputed head of the Night City Organitskaya is Dmitri Antonov, who runs the organization from the shadows, with only small collection of notable figures knowing him as such. While his legal and public identity is 'Dmitri Antonov', a Corporate Enforcer of Militech; Dmitri's former (and very secret) identity is 'Dmitri Kirilov' - one of the last remaining scions of the defunct Kirilov Crime Family. Decades ago, the Kirilov Crime Family was among the major entities within the criminal underworld of Night City, possessing a near strangle-hold over almost half of the districts until Militech brought down the full weight of its power and nearly-destroyed both the organization and the family. As the few remaining survivors scattered, other entities arose to prominence to fill the power vacuum, eventually shaping Night City as we know it today.
After slowly reforming connections with old and new contacts, and establishing a relationship with the Organitskaya of Moscow; Dmitri Antonov has carefully positioned himself to reclaim his family's legacy, even if that means the downfall of others to do so.
THE FAMILY
The uninformed may base their rudimentary knowledge of organized crime organizations on the Italian mafia portrayed in the movies, which is partially based in equal parts fact, stereotype, and fiction; even so, the reality is far more nuanced. Although those in the life of the Russian Organitskaya view their compatriots with a sense of comradery akin to a fraternal brotherhood, the Organitskaya is run more like a business than an actual family. While certain chapters and cells within the organization are based around families and close friends, the ultimate goal is to make money and secure influence. If you're the son of a bigshot, but you screw up and get others pinched or killed in the process; sentiment goes out the window. The Organitskaya is steeped in Russian heritage and tradition, specifically a variation of the old code of 'honor among thieves', which is offset by a ruthless efficiency driven by a willingness to do whatever it takes to preserve their continued existence.Another misnomer often applied to the Organitskaya is that one must be Russian to be a member. In truth, competence is more important than blood or ethnicity, which is demonstrated by the presence of Polish, Slavic, and even Pan-Asiatic members. If you are loyal, can make money, keep your mouth shut and do what you're told; you can do very well within their ranks. Russian blood isn't worthless, however; as many in key positions across the world possess blood ties that interconnect them all into a sprawling network. As is the case in the business world, it's not always about what you know, but rather - who.
The Night City Organitskaya [NCO] is a microcosm of what you might expect from the world-wide family, with a few small differences. The NCO is small by comparison to its international partners, yet operates with a tight and efficient structure.
The Pakhan, or Boss - is the head of the organization, and is the ultimate authority for what gets done and when it happens.
The Sovietnik is a trusted role within the organization. He or she serves as the most respected advisor to the Boss, and is often deferred to as the second-in-command when the Boss cannot be contacted directly.
Brigadiers are the underbosses of The Family, and oversee key divisions of the family.- Distribution

Captains oversee key operations, and are often seen as 'street bosses' from the standpoint of the footsoldiers who work beneath them.
Vor, or 'thieves' are full members of the organization, and compose the rank and file footsoldiers of the family.
