Biography

Elias was born in Vancouver, Canada, to a middle-class corpo family. His father, an especially ambitious but never successful Kang Tao manager, caused them to move often; Elias learned from a young age to adapt to his circumstances and not rock the boat too much. Eventually they ended up in Night City, and Elias landed a job as part-enforcer-part-investigator for Allworld Insurance, where he's stayed ever since, breaking thumbs and digging up dirt for the corp.​
