History:

Born to a wealthy family in Night City, Margo grew up in privilege. Privately educated, she was trained from an early age to get involved with the family business alongside her brothers. She lived her life without much care or concern. She wasn't especially interested in the business in her youth, and that didn't change much after university. Although she is intelligent and curious, the life of a harried corpo didn't appeal to her. She enjoyed a life of dining in good restaurants, dancing and drinking in exclusive nightclubs, and dabbling in art and culture. She is a fixture in the tabloid press as a minor celebrity, although she avoided the usual "drunken slut" behavior of some of the other socialites that have graced Night City's screamsheets.

She became tangentially aware of her family business' feud with a local Nomad clan gradually -- not really keeping up with the business, allowing her brothers to vote her proxy at board meetings most of the time. But then the feud turned deadly, and things got messy.

Margo didn't know at the time how close she came to being murdered and having her death used as a statement against her family's efforts. All she knew was that one moment she was laughing over champagne with her friends, and the next she had turned to see the most beautiful man she had ever seen, looking a little out of place at a corpo gala. The rest, as they say, was history. Since that night, Margo has all but abandoned her socialite lifestyle. Though she has gotten more involved with her family business by day -- for her own agenda -- she has taken to spending most nights with a certain Nomad and sworn enemy of the Bennett family corporate interest.
