Luna had offered to do this errand for Daddy instead of him making the trip or one of his lawyers doing it. It was hardly a chore, a few minute's ride from the Tsubaki building to Nights on an otherwise quite pleasant day in Night City. This contract was something the two CEOs had long since thrashed out between them and now it sat open on Evelyn's desk with her just pitting the last few signatures on it. This could all have been done digitally but Daddy liked to treat his friends in business with respect so had insisted on doing this the old-fashioned way.

It had taken Evelyn a few minutes to sign the many pages, perhaps checking he hadn't slipped in a last-second transfer of ownership clause as a joke. Hardly. At this time Luna had begun sitting on one of the couches and was now wandering slowly about the office admiring the decor. She knew how to control her inquisitive wandering, but she and Evie had known each other a long time and they got on, so she felt she could float about a little bit more naturally. It would be fun to check in with the businesswoman and see how things were, perhaps even see what she thought about her little escapade with Cam. She wouldn't tell her straight away that she had absconded into Watson, but if there was anyone she could tell without fear of repercussions it was probably Miss Night.

"How is it going? All in order I hope." she asked, not wanting to distract her with personal stuff while she had her business head on. "What's this?" she asked by accident as her curiosity escaped a rather curious-looking trinket from who knows where.

CEO's Office

Every gilded surface of the large office gleamed in the warm sunlight pouring in through the tall windows which spanned floor-to-ceiling. The CEO's Suite took up almost the entire 120'th floor, save for a small foyer and reception area just outside the elevators. Entry into the private quarters was achieved through a set of double doors which faced south - opening up until an expansive suite which was reminiscent of a loft apartment rather than a Corporate Headquarters. The floors were coated in soft, plush cream-colored carpet and silver accents were visible throughout. The room's aesthetics were nearly a polar opposite from Arasaka's own black & gold; symbolic, even, some might say.

Though the contrast between the two Corporations might have been less stark, in truth.

Evelyn was seated at her desk - directly across an open space between herself and the double-doors exiting the room - quietly leaned forward over the silver metallic surface. In one hand, she clutched a small pen, and laid out before her was an official-looking document penned on paper; bearing the seal of Tsubaki Medical on official letterhead. A contract of terms the likes of which she was undoubtedly familiar.

"How is it going? All in order I hope."

The older woman glanced up at Luna's question, glancing to the side to the small sitting area to her right. Evelyn's eyes were a piercing, penetrating blue, meeting her younger visitor's gaze from across the space with a smile that was familiar and pleasant. She'd been re-reading a specific paragraph in the document for a few moments, but now signed beneath on the line provided; an act of finality, is-if striking a agreement in stone.

"Yes-" she replied, setting the pen down and closing the pages. "I'm glad we could get this finished."

There was a soft creaking from her chair as Evelyn sat back, relaxing. The question which followed was answered by a tilt of the head, watching as @Luna Rothschild picked up a small black metallic box from the coffee table. Evelyn shifted and stood, leaving her desk and approaching a small wet bar set into the wall. Posture perfect, the taller blonde-haired woman radiated both power and confidence even under relaxed circumstances. Gravitas, even when around someone she could trust.

As Evelyn opened up a small storage cabinet and produced a bottle of white wine, followed by the soft clinking of glasses as she set out not one, but two; pouring a measure of wine into each.

"It's something our R&D Department has been working on. Press the small button beneath the read-out. It's a prototype, of course... but shows some promise."

With both glasses in-hand, she turned and strode to the small couch Luna had taken a seat upon and joined the young woman; offering her one of the glasses with a smile. If Luna did, indeed, press the button, a web of blue lasers would arc from the front of the small remote-sized device... scanning the air around them before registering a line of code on the small digital readout of every Net-connection in the room. A simplified means of scanning visible networks and connections within a given area.

A tool for Netrunners and Techies, perhaps, which wouldn't require a Cyberdeck. Intriguing, and useable by anyone.
