She is a member of a hacking network known as 5th World. They never meet in person only knowing each other by their handles which are all named for Jupiter's planets. They treat each other like family and are fiercely loyal to each other, unless someone gets caught where there is an agreement that the caught party disappears, never to make contact again and thus protect the rest. This is referred to as falling into Jupiter.

History:
Born in Sakhon Nakhon, Thailand to two middle-class parents she grew up near the border of Laos and had a good childhood.
As a teen she had a neuroport installed after showing a good aptitude for digital literacy, unfortunately, this encouraged a spark of chaos in her mind and she became a bit of a digital troublemaker trolling people, playing pranks, and quickly advancing to hacking.
Her big mistake was playing the wrong trick on the wrong Lao drug producer, causing her father to be badly beaten. The decision was made that she should spend a little time finishing her studies abroad, moving to California where she had an aunt. She finished school and took a job as a digital analyst, eventually normalising in America and taking her citizenship test.
Her mischief has continued, becoming more of a problem and leading to her dismissal and blacklisting from most good IT positions. To fund her expensive tastes she started to take on criminal jobs and made connections among gangs. Through these connections she found 5th World a netrunner collective with members dotted around the world, she has been with them for five years now and is very close to them.
