Most Valued Person. Herself. Blythe learned early on not to put too much trust in anyone. Even less in her own family.
Attitude Towards People. She treats people neutrally until given a reason to act otherwise. On occasion, she approaches with hostility, though it's nothing personal. Just got work to do and eddies to make.
Most Valued Belief. A hedonistic approach. Minimise the suffering for the deserving. Live life to the fullest; fuck hard, drink harder, and work not a second longer than what you're paid for.
Most Valued Possession. Blythe is not materialistic. She does care about her motorbike, though.

Psychological Profile
Despite the many atrocities she committed undercover, Blythe does not consider herself a villain. She reasons that she merely conducted herself the way any other military soldier would, regardless of circumstances and situations. She is largely motivated by intense hatred for her father. Vengefulness, pride and spite are also among her core driving forces. Ironically, that is what kept her afloat and her spirit intact under the constant threat of imminent death. She pursues personal gain over justice and sees the law as a tool rather than a code.
Blythe did not emerge unscathed after her undercover work. She avoids places and people who remind her of her undercover past and doesn't talk about what happened, even to partners or colleagues. Habits she once attributed to teenage rebellion now reemerge as self-destructive coping mechanisms. She habitually engages in casual sex, drug use, and heavy drinking as a means to keep herself together and not crack under the burdensome load of repressed pain.

Abilities
Authority. The ability to intimidate or control others through the position of a law enforcer. And to call for backup, though she's too stubborn for that one.
Undercover work. Blythe has gone undercover in the past. It is easier for her to quickly blend with an environment if the occasion arises.
Hand-to-hand combat. Her training in the NCPD Academy ensured she is well-trained in case a man groped her at a bar. Of course, that's not the only time she applies her skill. Just the most recurring one.
Seduction. Blythe's natural beauty does half the job. The other half she owes to the years of experience as an undercover joytoy. She knows how to make a man feel desired. Or a woman. That isn't to say that she constantly goes out of her way to fuck about. Jeez Louise.
Resist Torture. Blythe possesses a high level of pain tolerance and has nothing to lose. That makes her incredibly annoying and hard to torture.

Militech M-10AF Lexington. A fully automatic 9mm handgun with a 20-round magazine. Official law enforcement sidearm.
Constitutional Arms M2038 Tactician. A pump-action shotgun that can hold up to 8 shotgun shells. Each shell contains 6 pellets. Corporate-issued.
Neurotoxin Knife. A combat knife. A cut is enough to temporarily cut off an enemy's ability to move and cause their knees to buckle.
Wardrobe. Blythe dresses provocatively. High-heel boots and any cleavage-revealing top are essential. She clips her badge on her belt and wears her ID tablet slung on a strap over her shoulder.
Vehicle. Mid-range motorcycle. One that often breaks down and Blythe has taken it upon herself to mod and repair.
Apartment. A rundown apartment in Megabuilding H8, Westbrook. Has a sturdy lock, though.

Now You Know Me, Now You Don't
Blythe is a middle child and the only daughter in a six-sibling military family. Her father, Keiser Thorne, is a U.S. Army Major career officer who is heavily involved in military politics. Naturally, he was strict and demanding during Blythe's upbringing and she often had to prove herself to him. Being the only daughter among five brothers didn't mean she got treated differently—on the contrary, she was held to the same standards.
Her mother was a former intelligence analyst but her supportive presence was often overshadowed by her father's authoritarian influence. When Blythe was sixteen, she accidentally crashed her car while her mother was with her, causing her death. Her siblings started to resent her for it and she rebelled by drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes and acting out. To reel her in, as well as punish her, Keiser relocated her to Night City where she began her career in the NCPD at the age of seventeen.
After she graduated the academy at the top of her class, she started as a beat cop and her skills rose her through the ranks. After three years, she passed her exam and became a detective in the Vice Division. But her father's reputation stretched as widely as his resentment for her daughter. Shortly after her promotion, he sent a recommendation letter that suggested Blythe's skillset is best suited for undercover work, pointing her superiors to a network of criminal activity.
The following six years of Blythe's life would be enough to write a saga rich with deceit, violence, and pain. It started with infiltrating a gang running a high-end strip club as a joytoy called Lace. Over time, she became the subject of torture and witnessed firsthand extreme brutality against trafficked victims, but had to stay silent. She had the word "CUNT" tattooed forcibly on her neck. She suffered a near-fatal beating from the strip club's wealthiest business associate. After all that and much more, it wasn't surprising when she started to develop sadistic tendencies and used violence as an emotional outlet.
Through befriending a crime boss's mistress, she became a crucial piece in her undercover operation. The day she killed her target, the case was deemed a massive success and resulted in her promotion to S.IN. Nevertheless, her reputation was kept under wraps, promising of a day when Blythe would have to reemerge as a disposable joytoy once again.
