.After the death of his parents at an early age, foster care services in France would take him to the United States of America, where he would be welcomed by a distant "relative."
.He would be raised by his uncle Donnie on the streets of Night City, where he would see firsthand the injustices and how difficult it was to get out of the bottom and how easy it was to be spit on by those who were higher up.
.He didn't really know what his Uncle Donnie did, but he made enough of a living to support a child until the day he died. He taught Viggo what he needed to defend himself and stay on track against the shit that life could be, of course that doesn't mean that he taught him to lead a good life and face problems , but he barely spent time taking care of him not to be on the streets causing problems .
.When he was 17, his uncle Donnie died, a guy shot him in the stomach just because he looked at him unpleasantly. From then on Viggo would continue alone, well, with some company from time to time but mostly alone.Joining the NCPD academy shortly after to have at least a purpose and not end up like the rest of the kids his age.
*Personality : Someone mostly sarcastic, with little energy most of the day, managing to be someone solitary who tries to carry on for the next day and only cares for himself and his own word.
.He has never been able to make many friends, at least no one by going out to eat or having a beer, the closest thing to a friend always ends up moving away.
.He has made the occasional enemy, at least someone who doesn't want to cross him on the street, but nothing that could put his life in danger or someone he is truly obsessed with.

.His most prized possession is his uncle Donnie's old Malorian Arms pistol, he never fired it, it probably doesn't work, he doesn't know how his uncle had it, maybe he stole it.
